Technical management and marine engineering within ship management teams.
Marine quality assurance, marine projects and ship agency supporting safe, efficient operations.
Crew management, training and travel logistics across international fleets and offices.
CMT’s training and partnerships are designed to build skills that sponsors and employers value at sea and ashore, creating long-term career flexibility across the Merchant Navy and International Shipping sector.
