Training Management Service (TMS) is your way of outsourcing all of your training administration and management tasks to an experienced and competent partner. Clyde Marine Training’s (CMT) TMS provides you with a 360° training administration and management coverage, reducing your costs whilst improving your organisations, compliance, competency and operational risk.

Our dedicated Training Management Team will be your single point of contact for all of your global training requirements, taking away all the responsibility and administration time/cost from you.

Although all training needs are managed by our TMS team, full visibility of your current training needs and compliance is available through MATRICS for nominated members of your organisation.

Your TMS coordinator will ensure that all of your training requirements are managed in advance and that your workforce are contacted for preferred training dates and location. Contact will be made at agreed intervals, typically at 120 days, 90 days and then 60 days prior to expiry dates.

As a client of CMT, your company will benefit from immediate access to approved and trusted third party vendors from around the word, with training needs allocated to the most suitable vendor, whether it’s based on location, price or availability. We will ensure your companies courses are managed and booked in accordance with the accreditation bodies and that all relevant personnel remain compliant as well as competent.

All administrative tasks will be handled by your assigned TMS coordinator(s) from CMT. This includes booking courses, issuing joining instructions, reviewing invoices and more.

We take a proactive approach to your training with your assigned TMS coordinator ensuring your employee’s training records are kept up to date, leading to a high compliance score for your organisation.

Tasks undertaken by our coordinators, but not limited to:

• Negotiating with all global training providers
• Provide you with a centralised service for all global training needs
• Source suitable dates and locations for your training needs
• Proactive training management by applying the traffic light system to all training requirements
• Take care of all administrative tasks such as course booking, issuing joining instructions, certificate upload, training gap analysis
• Single monthly invoice consolidated and sent to you, including all your training bookings from that month
• Proactive management of your training, with all mandatory training coordinated in advance of the expiry date
• Centralised storage and delivery of training certificates
• Centralised storage and processing of all training
• Consolidated reporting on data and information that matters to you
• Dedicated Account Manager & TMS Coordinator

Customisable and automated reports can be sent to specific emails at a convenient time to you, with the information and data that you require.
