CoolCo was spun off from Golar LNG Ltd in early 2022 to establish itself as an independent entity, solely dedicated to owning and operating LNG Carriers and managing FSRUs.

Our fleet consists of 15 LNG carriers and FSRUs, with 13 LNG carriers being owned by CoolCo. We take great pride in our unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability, employing approximately 850 colleagues across the land and sea.
