Clyde Marine Training has expanded its offering with the launch of a new service line: Training Management Services (TMS).
TMS provides a holistic approach to training management that can deliver a more tailored service and lowered costs due to higher volume discounts.
To manage the service line, Chris Brown has joined Clyde Marine Training (CMT) as TMS Manager from Northern Marine Manning Services where he was latterly Deputy Fleet Training, Compliance and Systems Manager.
Chris said: “Clyde Marine Training has the resource, knowledge, vigour, and genuine desire to assist in growing and improving our clients’ businesses.
“It is driven forward by strong and reliable management with a clear vision.
“I have worked with CMT previously as a client, and their open and innovative approach to the services they provide is indicative of a sound and hardworking culture, and somewhere that I believe I will fit in and add value to.
“Our Training Management Services will ensure the appropriate and effective utilisation of our clients’ training budgets, ultimately improving the competency and safety of their workforces to the highest industry standards.”
