Clyde Marine Training carried out the last in the current series of maritime short courses for Stena Line this week. The Crisis Management and Human Behaviour course was carried out on Monday 23 January 2012 onboard Stena Lagan and Stena Mersey. This course is designed for Officers and any other person having responsibility for the safety of passengers in an emergency situation. The course covers emergency plans and procedures, the identification of stress and communication and control methods for situations involving passengers and crew members. Clyde Marine Training carries out a variety of short courses for the marine industry and shipping companies.
