At Clyde Marine Training, we are justifiably proud of our reputation for developing cadets – in the UK, around a half of all Merchant Navy Officer Trainees  are trained by us. With some 700 cadets at any one time, we are the country’s largest marine training organisation.

We manage the entire process of cadet training - from the recruitment of each cadet through to completion of MCA exams.

Each Officer Trainee is sponsored throughout their training by one of our client companies and all of the training costs including tuition fees are met by the sponsoring company.
